Homes For Stay opened in 2019 in Princeton, New Jersey. Today we manage over $3 million in homes near Princeton University and downtown, hosting travelers, families, and working professionals.

Every reservation we accept goes through a 4-level guest screening process: government-issued ID, social media check, purpose of stay, and security deposit. Inside every home, we enforce strict house rules: no parties, no smoking, no shoes indoors, and quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM. All of it is backed by a $1,000,000 renters insurance policy and free keyless entry, so only the property owner ever holds a physical key.
