This 1,350 sqft apartment is on the second and third floor with private entry. It has 3 bedrooms and one full bath. Half a block to downtown Princeton. Cozy elegant rooms, all appliances included, and high-end furniture. Large entire third-floor bedroom with Queen sized bed and Multi-Game table set. Second-floor bedroom with 42-inch smart TV and dedicated workspace. 3rd bedroom is cute and cozy for children or young adults. Remodeled bathroom with standup shower. Living room with 55-inch Smart TV, Stylish velvet sofa bed, and side chairs. Washer and dryer in the basement found at the back of the building shared with other tenants. 2 extra floor mattresses and a sofa for sleeping up to 8 people!

Access to the entire second-floor apartment. Game table. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Home includes shared washer/dryer in basement. Parking in the driveway for up to 2 car. (*Please note driveway is small and tight. When parking, if the driveway is empty you must pull all the way to the back to allow another car to pull in behind you and vice versa) There is also a paid parking lot just minutes away from the home for a second vehicle. Also, it’s important to note that you must use the driveway at night as there is no overnight parking on the street.

The driveway is narrow but long. You can fit 1 mid-size/large vehicle and 1 small. Contact Information will be provided in case of any driveway issues.

Laundry is located in the basement and shared by others in the building with a small $1.25 fee

*We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

*IMPORTANT: For last minute bookings we may ask you for a copy of your ID, sign a rental agreement, and require a hold on your credit card of up to $250. We DO NOT charge your card it is just a hold for any incidentals that may occur. (This is a standard practice at most hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.)
